The website gives general information about our services and shows examples of our work. It is not advice for your particular garden: every site, climate and budget is different, and we give specific advice only after a consultation. We try to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete, current or free of errors.
The photographs show gardens we have designed and built. Gardens grow and change with the seasons and with the care they receive, so results vary.
2. Prices, proposals and contracts
Any fees mentioned on the website, such as consultation fees, are indicative, exclude VAT unless stated otherwise and may change. Sending an inquiry does not create a contract. Each project is agreed in a written proposal or quotation, and its terms apply to that work; where they differ from these terms, the terms of the proposal prevail.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the texts, photographs, videos, garden designs, plans, 3D renderings, the logo and the design of the website itself — belongs to Antoine Hadjialexandrou or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view the website and share links to its pages. You may not copy, reproduce, publish or otherwise use any of its content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
4. Using the website
You agree not to use the website in any unlawful way, not to try to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems it runs on, not to interfere with its operation, and not to send unlawful, abusive or unsolicited messages through its contact form.
